We have some exciting news to share with you about the PickupHub platform! Based on the valuable feedback we’ve received from our users, we’ve decided to implement some important changes that will enhance the game quality and experience for everyone.
a. To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all, goalies will now be required to reserve their spot with a credit/debit card, just like all other players. However, the goalie positions will remain entirely free, as long as the goalie shows up. In the event of a no-show, the game host will charge your card for the amount of a player position.
b. Additionally, we are limiting the total number of games that a goalie can simultaneously register for to four games at a time, with a maximum registration period of 28 days in advance. This will provide equal opportunities for all goalies to participate in PickupHub games.
c. Lastly, we’re excited to introduce an automated notification system that will notify goalies when a goalie position becomes available. This feature will make it easier for you to discover and register for goaltender opportunities.
